If you are a pastor, elder, evangelist or missionary who has a burden for leadership training and the Great Commission but your present ministry obligations prevent long term missionary commitment, then a short-term partnership with Global Leadership Training may be exactly what you’re looking for. We hold 3-5 day conferences emphasizing practical leadership principles and church management techniques. Our goal is to foster character development and practical ministry skills to equip pastors for effective ministry.
