4th West Africa Leadership Conference
Accra, Ghana - August 11-15, 2008
On August 11-15, 2008, Global Leadership Training conducted its 4th More Than Conquerors West Africa Leadership Conference in Accra Ghana. The event was attended by approximately 2,000 pastors, ministers, church leaders, corporate leaders and civic authorities. Special guests in attendance included Ghana Assemblies of God General Superintendent Rev. William Dontoh, Chief Justice of Ghana's Supreme Court Her Ladyship Georgina Wood, a former presidential First Lady and other prominent leaders.
The success of this event is due, in large part, to the highly capable speakers who presented practical and inspirational teachings during the five day conference. Rev. Gregg Johnson, Rev. David Nuzzolo - Associate Pastor of Bethlehem AG and AG/NY District Presbyter, Rev. Charles Mulema - founder of Gospel Centers International and Sr. Pastor of Nairobi Gospel Center and Jason Murphy - worship leader at The Mission Church. Each speaker presented topics that were well received by all who attended, including The Character of Leadership, Pastoral Ethics, Sexual Integrity, Financial Management in the Church, Resolving Conflict, Leading from the Second Chair, The Healthy Worship Leader and much, much more.
Of course, this conference could not have been such a success without the excellent coordinating efforts of Radio Pastor Rev. Steven Wengam of Citi FM 97.3. As well, we are grateful to the pastors and staff of Liberty Center Assembly of God for hosting our event.
