BANGALORE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

350 pastors and church leaders gathered in the great city of Bangalore, India for four days of intense leadership training. This was our first event in this city, so the modest attendance was a great success.
Conference presenters included Pastor Gregg Johnson, senior pastor of The Mission Church and founder of Global Leadership Training, Elder Avi Adwapalker who serves as international conference coordinator for GLT, Pastor David Peterson, senior pastor of Warwick Assembly of God and his wife, Julie.
Topics covered included The Character of Leadership, Integrity, Humility, Pastoral Ethics, Sexual Integrity in Ministry, Seven Principles of Character Building, Financial Integrity, Building a Winning Team, Planting a Church with Perseverance, The Pastor's Marriage, Marks of a Healthy Church, The Abuse of Spiritual Authority, Ministering to Children, and much, much more.
Those who attended the conference are hailing it as a great success and hope for our soon return to Bangalore. Presently, plans are in the making for a return to that region in 2009.
